These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wright's Imperial Shine Services website and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the Charlotte, NC area within a 25-mile radius of ZIP code 28054. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Booking & Payment

All residential bookings require a $50 non-refundable booking deposit. The remaining balance is charged upon completion of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and select BNPL options.

Pricing

All quotes are estimates. Final pricing may adjust if actual property size or condition differs from submitted details.

Service Hours

Earliest start time: 6:00 AM. No start times after 7:00 PM Monday–Friday. Saturday restrictions begin after 3:00 PM.
