Residential Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled service without any additional charges.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time, you will be charged 50% of the total service amount. This policy helps us compensate our team members who have already prepared for your appointment.

Booking Deposit

The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs. This deposit secures your time slot and covers administrative costs.

No-Shows

If our team arrives and cannot access your property, the full service amount may be charged.
