We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.

Booking Deposits

The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures your appointment and covers scheduling and administrative costs.

Service Refunds

If we are unable to perform the agreed-upon service due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of any charges beyond the deposit.
